- Preparing journal entries to support all finance areas
- Conducting analysis of financial accounts/transactions to ensure accurate and complete reporting, identifying trends and communicating key findings.
- Problem solving accounting issues and critical thinking to propose solutions
- Ensuring appropriate accounting compliance with company policies and accounting standards (IFRS)
- Analyze and manipulate large sets of data to interpret information, create reports to translate information to key stakeholders
- Support various business functions (HR, payroll, project teams, through regular interactions and provide assistance in solving problems or providing information.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with an ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
- Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Result oriented with a desire to grow and develop career.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
- Strong adherence to GHD's values, Codes of Conduct and Policies.
- High-Intermediate level of English is a must.
- Desirable experience in accounting consulting companies.
- Experience with IFRS or US GAAP.
- Proven accounting analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite products (Excel, Teams, Outlook) Preferable experience with excel using formulas (Xlookup, IndexMatch) and creating Pivot tables, PowerPivot, etc. Preferable experience using Power BI, TM1, BST
