    Basic Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree (preferably in eCommerce / Marketing / Business) from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience

    • Minimum 6 8 years of field experience or experience working directly with the dealer network
    • Experience with Aftermarket parts and service offerings
    • Marketing experience (marketing campaign execution, digital marketing, dealer marketing operations, etc.)
    • Strong project leadership capabilities and organizational skills
    • Spanish and English Fluency (Advanced)
    • Ability to work independently, innovate and deliver results
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively based on the audience.
    • Experience with Cat Digital Solutions
    • Portuguese Fluency

    Job Duties:

    This role will provide Subject Matter Expertise for eCommerce in their region on Construction Industries customer activation and eCommerce STU growth.

    The Digital Services Consultant will provide Voice of Customer and Voice of Dealer for all CI eCommerce initiatives back to the business to expand the CI eCommerce strategy and improve CI eCommerce support.

    The incumbent will maintain close relationships and communication with Cat Digital, the DSD, Sales Execution teams and counterparts in other industries.

    This is a key role for supporting Breakthrough 5 execution and communication in Latin America.

    Job responsibilities will include the following:

    • Collect Voice of Customer and Voice of Dealer for all CI eCommerce initiatives within the region
    • Identify and document Dealer best practices within their region
    • Own Sales Variance Support for PCC within their region
    • Provide field execution support for the eCommerce Deliverable 7 in the Retail Services dealer growth plans
    • Intake and define requirements for eCommerce Leadership Table Dependencies for their dealers
    • Drive dealer PCC awareness and retention campaigns
    • Drive dealer usage of Cart Import Link Generator, Abandoned Shopping Cart and other tools to drive customer activation
    • Own communication/training to dealers and regional field teams on CI eCommerce initiatives, progress and campaigns
    • Monitor the execution and results of campaigns and promotions and correlate to KPIs
    • Drive customer activation through Cat Central App
    • Support eCommerce channel activation for Go to Market CI initiatives such as SSO, MPSEs, Cat Card, Cat Credits, Customer Loyalty programs, as applicable in the region.
    • Must communicate effectively to dealer and field team audiences to gain understanding and acceptance of ideas and recommendations. Must have ability to work with people from many different backgrounds, internally and externally, with the appropriate influence and ability to resolve differences.
    Position will require travel of max 40% (when travel is allowed).
