Business Development Manager, VMware, Public Sector, Latam

Lead sales for Latin America of the VMware solution in AWS for public sector. Design and implement business strategies to be executed by local sales teams. Define marketing activities for each territory. 

• Sales: During Q1 of FY23 we achieved a 139% fulfillment of the sales goals of Latam, making the first two sales in Brazil, for public sector institutions, through the redesign of commercial strategies redefining the pricing model, one of these projects being the best sale made by the organization in that country. Projecting for FY23 a forecast of 150% growth compared to FY22.

Responsible for sales of professional services for Chile, Peru and Bolivia.  Meet sales budget and revenue recognition. Design and implement commercial strategies for the region.

• Growth: I achieved sales growth of 100% in FY21, compared to FY20.  Involving all Sales executives in the development of professional services for the region, demonstrating that all customers with services gave greater use to the contracted products, therefore, I designed and implemented a recurring revenue model, ensuring customer loyalty and close relationship with them. Increasing sales for FY22 by 66% compared to FY21, being chosen the best professional services seller in Latam in 2021.

Deliver professional services projects for Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Peru and Bolivia.  Manage internal and partner resources.

• Customer orientation: We achieve the best CSAT worldwide.  Designing, forming an internal team, and partners, training all consultants, which allowed to increase the ecosystem of partners in the region to execute projects and at the same time strengthen sales management.  Elected the best Program Manager in the Americas in 2018 by the CSAT and business generation.
