Acerca de Claudia Perez Barrios:

I´m a Psychologist from Universidad Central de Chile, with training in Coaching, Diplomas in People Development and relevant experience in service area in companies such Latam Airlines, Ocean Network Express, Baxter Laboratories. 

I have more than 15 years of experience leading the people management area with a focus on strategic advice to Management for decision making; developing, leading, and adapting organizational development projects and processes.  Besides, I had positioned myself as a change agent in M&A processes and organizational transformation. In addition, within my career I have been responsible for the development and monitoring KPI´s and HR budget, Compliance and legal matters and being in charge of prevention risk area and health initiatives.

Among my competencies, a leadership style close to people, focus on objectives and a strong emphasis on internal customer satisfaction.

Human Resources Senior Manager 

Multinational shipping company as the result of the merger of NYK, K Line and MOL companies.

  • Leadership and execution of the Human Resources Strategy aligned with the region and HQ.
  • Leadership in the service model change process, minimizing the negative impact on the organization and customers.
  • Ensure the appropriate cultural integration of the M&A process between the 3 merged companies through the implementation of an Action Plan.
  • Implement successful interventions in the work environment as measured by the Mercer Global Engagement Survey (92% in 2019 v/s 96% in 2021).
  • Reach 92% of general satisfaction in the Human Resources Services Survey.
  • Implement the Success Factor platform, achieving 100% of coverage in the Performance Evaluation process.
  • Redesign the total compensation model while maintaining the cost structure, achieving broad acceptance by employees in the new integrated company.

• Define and implement a specific Climate Action Plan for a specific area, increasing +20 points in the first year. In the Transversal Plan were achieved +8 points.

•  Improve the perception of the services provided by HR, reaching 90% of satisfaction.

• Develop and implement a Change Management Program to support the merger process of the company.
