LATAM Regional Innovation Leader

The Prototype and Cloud Engineering (PACE) team co-builds working prototypes leveraging technologies like AI/ML, IoT, Blockchain, UX/UI, and Spatial Computing (AR/VR 3D) to demystify and ignite our customer's innovation engine so that, they can invent on behalf of their customers for all industries from Commercial Sector.

As a Regional/Country leader for the Latin America Innovation HUB for MCO (Multi-Country Organization – Caribbean, and all other Hispanic countries) I’m responsible for business development to acquire new customers: First, defining the innovation strategy with all countries and regional leaders for scouting, and qualifying customer ideas and needs that are aligned to our terms sheet, and industry impact. Second, managing what we call the “MLP – Minimum Lovable Product” which is the prototype building phase by applying some techniques of design thinking and rapid prototyping. Third, scale the innovation program through the Partner enablement program to act as an arm on behalf of Innovation HUB. Fourth, help with the customer’s definition of innovation strategy to scale products and operations.
