Led key innovation projects. ● Closed Vodafone partnership agreement (usd $38 million contract). Handset profitability improvement (↑20 %) ● Wholesale roaming deal increased coverage in 30 countries, increased traffic by 20%, while decreasing roaming cost by 30% in one year. International Commercial Director

Handled P&L responsibilities for the international division with focus on driving revenue and profitable growth for B2B and B2C. Led complete roaming business unit, traffic negotiations, product marketing, product development, branding, commercial offering, advertising, revenue, pricing, margins objectives, QofS, KPIs. ● Business creation and development, reaching usd $70 millions. ● Launched 3 new services on average every year, improving QofS and decreasing customer’s claims by 75%. ● Over 230 roaming contracts negotiated (130 countries) and launched, increasing revenues by more than 250%. 

GSM LATIN AMERICA (GSM Association): Buenos Aires and Santiago.                                2003- 2011 

Executive Director (Report to board of Directors): 

Complementary side position on Int’l Telco Organization (NGO): Handling complete operations for GSM Latin America, trade global organization of mobile operators including administration, finances, HR, regional strategy, corporate image and institutional relations. Represented regional mobile industry interest towards government authorities, regulators and other stakeholders. ● Led organization from foundation to consolidation. Evangelized GSM technology, allowing the introduction of GSM in every country in Latam going from 1% market share to consolidation with over 70% in 6 years. ● Increased membership from 3 to 78 companies from 25 Latam countries. ● Educated and pushed industry agenda on several issues such as spectrum licensees, portability, roaming, antennas deployment, new data services (3G, 4G evolution), antenna health effects, etc. 

PERSONAL, TELECOM ARGENTINA (Ex Telecom Italia Group) : Buenos Aires, Argentina     2003 -2005 International & Development Manager. 

Expatriate by Telecom Italia for the launch of GSM mobile in Argentina. Managed international commercial products from strategy through execution and marketing development initiatives to ensure a timely commercial launch. ● Participated in the strategy design & commercial launch of GSM in Argentina, allowing the group to consolidate operations in Latam under GSM technology, generating economies of scale and synergies among its subsidiaries. ● Negotiated & commercially launched 50 roaming agreements, generating MM $30 usd in two years. 

TIM GROUP, TELECOM ITALIA MOBILE: Miami, USA                                                            2000- 2003 

Head Global Roaming Forum, GSM Association. 

Expatriate given group regional strategy. Led negotiations with AT&T, Vodafone, Telefonica for global IS roaming
