Extensive experience leading hotel operations in Chile, the Caribbean, Mexico and the US, collaborating with some of the most relevant high-end companies and their brands within the global hotel industry, such as Four Seasons Hotels, JW Marriott Hotels, Nayara Resorts and Eleven Experience.

Some highlights of my career has been being able to build a strong background in Hotel Operations, business acumen and strong financials understanding, which allowed me to grow into larger management roles as General Management.

Among my strengths, I highlight my ability to build strong teams, to diagnose and detect opportunities and generate strategies around goals and expected results. Likewise, flexibility and creativity to adapt operations when necessary, or seeking efficiencies that facilitate obtaining results without sacrificing experience.
