In my career as both a marketing and financial risk analyst I have experience in quantitative and qualitative research for two multinational agencies. I am experienced in working with official documents, litigations, and compliance databases; as well as in directing and operating research projects and customized purchase order in ad hoc formats for financial risk analysis. I am an experienced field researcher with over 100 hours of focus group moderation for top executives, high risk groups, mass marketing products, and other commodities in enterprise including gambling, banking and tech. I have headed and directed multiple research projects that fit business needs for compliance, SOX, and other audit motivations. EXPERIENCE

Background Investigation Advisor (temporary) (from 12 September 2022 until 20 February)

·        This position has consisted in overseeing the compliance process of LLA employees, which is done through several tools that are integrated for the access of the hiring division.

·       Design and implement research strategies for the study and tracking of compliance tools within the enterprise.

·        The highlight of this position include guaranteeing compliance with SOX, as LLA is public, as well as ensuring that LLA’s employees meet our standards of social conduct prior to entering the company; managing large pools of personal information with high confidentiality, as well as supplemental research on applicants and current employees as required by law.

·        The daily activities in this Human Resources /People position included overseeing the background check process of all employees in the company, as well as reverifying information for all the candidates.
