I´m Martin Zelaya, a 24-year-old Chilean student at the Business School of Adolfo Ibáñez University, located in  Santiago de Chile. 

After completing my major in business administration, I will finish my career in October 2023. After that, I want to do an internship in any American group or company.

J1 Visa allows me to work on an internship for up to 18 months; I could begin in October 2023 or in March 2024 and I´m open to working the time you needed or considered appropriate. I love the real estate market and, as I can see on your webpage, Tavistock has an amazing experience in this sector. A lot of Chilean investors are looking to enter the rental real estate business in the USA.

I´m wondering if you have an internship program or are open to giving me the great opportunity to work inside your group.
