  • Develop  the  new strategic focus in Pharma business increasing new capabilities in the promotional and scientific communication setting 
  • Establish the new Launch Readiness product process to assure successful introduction of new assets 
  • Launch new assets in Bone Health , Dyslipidemia , Pain, Depression , Alzheimer , Combined oral contraceptives 
  • Prepare the market for launch of new Biologic products in non-oncology areas (Repatha Evolocumab Prolia Denosumab In Bone Health  ) 
  • Develop and Patient support Program  to increase solutions focus on customers experience and needs
  • Implement multichannel strategy to reinforce and increase health HCP interaction with focus on   scientific communication and promotional contents
