    IT EngineeringManager at BairesDev We are looking for an IT EngineeringManager to lead our Engineering Team and help spearhead ourgrowth.

    As an IT Engineering Manager, you will play a criticaland active role in the day-to-day operations.

    WhatYou Will Do:

    • Be in charge of the Human Capital for theProject: hiring, retaining, and firing. Compensation plans,motivation, etc.
    • Help in the definition and monitor metrics andKPIs for the teams.
    • Make sure that team coordination and thedevelopment process are executed correctly.
    • Lead all the Scrumceremonies and its compliance.
    • Encourage a collaborativeengineering culture according to the company values.

    Here'swhat we are looking for:

    • 4+ years of experience in SoftwareDevelopment related roles in a relevant company.
    • 2+ years ofexperience as a Project Manager or similar.
    • Strong ProjectManagement skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
