Accounting Manager - Chile - P&P Team

Descripción

• Contribute to adocumented system of accounting policies and procedures; implement asystem of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk.
• Participate in the production of periodic financial reports; ensurethat KPI targets are met.
• Prepare timely, complete, and accurateinformation, metrics, and reporting analysis for management.
• Workwith external accountants to prepare company financials and assembleinformation for external audits as needed.
• Ensure compliance withlocal, state, and federal government requirements.
• Researchtechnical accounting issues for compliance & reconciliation of taxaccounting in collaboration with the external compliance team.
• Support and oversee monthly, quarterly, and year end closeprocesses.
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of bank accounts andperiodic reconciliation of all accounts for monthend.
• Overseethe preparation and processing of the company's invoicing to customersand external partners as needed.
• Coordinate and manage paymentand billing details of external service providers and vendors.
• Oversee preparation and processing of the company's payroll, benefits,and commissions.
• Perform other related duties asrequired. Requisitos del Puesto
• Bachelor's in Accountingor Finance.
• English proficiency (required).
• Operationalknowledge of IFS accounting standards.
• Accounting designation(CMA, CGA or CA) preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting softwareand Microsoft Office suite.
