RoverPass, a startup in the RVpark and campground industry, is revolutionizing the way campgroundsand RV parks drive business. With a property management system andmarketing services, they help campgrounds and RV parks attract morecustomers. As a small and hungry team, they're looking for hands-onindividuals to join them.


The Role*KeyResponsibilities**:

• Conduct financial analysis and modelingto support strategic decisionmaking and investment activities.
• Develop detailed financial projections and sensitivity analyses tosupport investment decisions.
• Analyze financial statements,industry trends, and economic data to provide insights into marketconditions and investment opportunities.
• Ensure theorganization's financial planning is healthy and profitable, achievingfull financial control and sustainable growth aligned with businessobjectives.
• Act as a strategic business partner for the CEO andDirector of Operations.
• Provide support to senior management andinvestors with financial analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to develop and implement financial models,reporting tools, and analytical frameworks.
• Monitor and evaluateinvestment performance, track key performance indicators, andrecommend improvements.
• Manage risk assessment and riskmanagement strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor'sdegree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

3-5 years ofexperience in investment banking or a related field.

• Strongunderstanding of financial markets, investment principles, andfinancial analysis techniques.

Proficiency in financialmodeling, valuation techniques, and financial statementanalysis.

• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel,Tableau, or other data visualization software.

At least 3years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst,CFO, finance officer, or relevant role.

• Industry experience(Technology, SaaS, Marketplaces, etc).
• Ability to manage riskassessment and risk management strategies.
• Thrive in a startupculture: dealing with a fast pace, changing needs, and limitedresources.
• Having experience with SaaS business models and theirassociated revenue recognition will be highly desirable.
