The company has more than 60locations through which it distributes products, equipment andchemicals, and provides customers with other value-added servicesincluding equipment repair, equipment rental andeducation.

Manage inside, outside, and counter salespersonnel Work in tandem with outside reps making calls on keyaccounts Monitor inside reps on number and quality of outgoingcalls Set up training with key manufacturers for all sales repsand counter sales Oversee systems training to assure all repscan access all information needed Become proficient with theCustomer Relationship Management program and monitor each sales rep'scustomer list to assist in growing sales.

Monitor T&E budgetsfor sales reps Inspect all expense reimbursement forms forapproval Create key initiatives for each rep in each territoryto continue salesgrowth Primary
Responsibilities:

Work experienceshould include a minimum of 5 years in sales; prior industryexperience in Janitorial/Commercial Cleaning Products ispreferred. Must have valid driver's license. Ability totravel within territory. Must be focused and organized and haveexcellent written and verbal communication, organizational andproblem-solving skills. Strong time management andself-management skills;
Demonstrates effective negotiation andclosing techniques;
Working knowledge of the Internet and MS Officetools.
