    Job Summary
    The
    Instructor (Learning Facilitator) has to develop training contents for face-to-face and virtual sessions, in addition to teaching them.


    Main activities:


    • It is essential to have a clear and above average knowledge of how a vehicle works. Ability to communicate assertively with customers.
    • Provide training in a logical, clear and easytounderstand manner and in accordance with the norms and standards established by the client.
    • Participate in certification processes, when necessary.
    • Work with the Instructional Design team to develop content for virtual and/or facetoface training.
    • Communicating with the customer, following their instructions and listening to their suggestions.
    • Facilitate communication between GP Strategies and the client. Monitor and advise and resolve customer queries.
    • Be able to manage tight schedules and deadlines.
    • Be able to manage and organize daily data.
    • Be able to adapt to shortterm changes in organization, knowledge and work environment.
    • Having the ability to quickly learn and analyze information.

    Qualifications

    • Two (2) years of experience in sales, postsales or even technical knowledge.
    • Experience working as an instructor.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Service attitude.
    • Proactive.
    • Analysis capacity.
    • Good interpersonal relationships.
    • Excellent ability to work in a team.
    • Desirable knowledge of English (taken as a differential)
    • Soft skills around Microsoft software.
