    The Geoconsulting Manager is responsible to lead the Geoconsulting area, a multidisciplinary team of geotechnical engineers, laboratory technicians, geophysicists, amongst other roles. This, to deliver correct and timely solutions and recommendations to the clients. Lead the development of technical, factual and/or engineering reports. Also, lead the development of Geoconsulting opportunities directly with current and potential clients.

    Job Responsibilities

    Collaborate with Project Managers and field teams in delivering our services to clients.

    Lead the technical evaluation of proposals/projects, providing relevant information to the Strategic Sales team.

    Lead the correct execution of technical actions contemplated in the planning of each project.

    Lead the preparation of technical documents such as reports, protocols or any other requirement associated with a project.

    Implement procedures related to planning, competitiveness, organization, coordination, direction, and control; which take into account the relationship with key stakeholders (team members, clients, suppliers, etc.), the current regulation and the use of appropriate tools.

    Manage and develop the Geoconsulting team, incorporating new knowledge and skills in the area required by the context and business needs. Further, direct team members or individuals assisting on projects. Mentor performance excellence and adherence to quality standards.

    Support and encourage continuous improvement of the company's processes, including the safety program and quality management system.

    Communicate and supervise compliance with plans and methodologies, to ensure the correct progress of the projects.

    Establish strategic relationships with clients, by detecting their needs and by providing a proactive advice.

    Be proficient in project management with a strong commercial mindset and good negotiating skills. Continuously seek opportunities to commercialize the full value the organization brings to assignments. Continuously identify growth opportunities for the organization.

    Requirements for the Position

    Professional degree in Geology, Civil Engineering. Desirable postgraduate degree in related subject.

    Minimum 7+ years of experience in similar positions. Previous experience in engineering companies, geotechnical services. Previous experience leading work teams.

    Advanced English level is required.

    MS Office Advanced.

    Desirable knowledge in Plaxis, FLAC, Geoestudio, Rocsience or other geotechnical software.
