What You Will Do:

• Delivery of projects.
• Development of test strategies and creation of appropriate testharnesses.
• Technical leadership.
• People management and teamsatisfaction.

Here's what we are looking for:

• 7+ yearsof experience as QA Analyst.
• 4+ years of experience in similarpositions.
• Proven track record of managing a team of technicalleads.
• Clientoriented work.
• Strong problem solvingskills.
• Background in IT.
• Excellent communicationskills.
• Experience working with Python and Django(Desirable).
• Degree in Software Development Engineering orComputer Science (Desirable).
