- Direct and develop the talent attraction andselection team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance workenvironment. 4. Conduct market studies to identify trends intalent attraction and best global practices. 5. Establish andmaintain strategic relationships with universities, business schools,and other institutions to enhance the recruitment of emergingtalent. 6. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)to measure the effectiveness of talent attraction and selectionstrategies. 7. - Academic Background: Universitydegree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, orrelated field.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience inleadership roles within the Human Resources area, with a strong focuson talent attraction and selection. Demonstrable experience inimplementing hunting strategies.
- Languages: Upper Intermediateproficiency in English (B2 or higher), with the ability to conductinternational selection processes.
- Skills: Leadership, teammanagement, analytical skills, proactivity, excellent communicationand negotiation skills, resultsoriented, and ability to work underpressure
