    You will develop and implement acomprehensive account plan and strategy that maximizes needs to driverevenue for the entire Genesys suite of products.

    It is an extremelycritical role in helping us realize our goal of providing ourcustomers with an unequaled customer experience.

    The EnterpriseAccount Executive has the unique challenge of understanding ourcustomers' needs and strategic objectives to uncover how Genesys canbest serve them in achieving their objectives.

    At the same time, mustact as an influencer, connector, and coordinator to make sure that weare pulling together the right team, at the right time, and deliveringthe best CX in such a way that our customers come to trust and rely onGenesys even more.


    Responsibilities:


    • Meetingand/or exceeding goals including, but not limited to, revenue,customer growth, and sales expenses.
    • Managing forecasts,pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement.
    • Managingthe entire sales lifecycle of transactions to ensure visibility intoand predictability of the leadtoclose process.
    • Ensuring andenabling the highest levels of professionalism.
    • Acting as aGenesys representative to maintain positive relationships with allemployees, customers, partners, and shareholders.
    • Providingtimely and positive resolution of escalated salesrelated issues.
    • Communicating with key customers, business partners and executives onsignificant issues and accomplishments.
    • Sells and promotes thesales of Genesys products to customers including negotiating price,other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale.
    • Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division.
    • Building a relationship with key players in their customeraccounts.
    • Penetrating the customer account at all levels and allsubsidiaries.
    • Becoming a trusted advisor on Genesysproducts/solutions to meet the needs of their customer accounts.
    • Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue.
    Generatesand achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predictsrevenue on a monthly basis.

    • Manages escalations.
    • Conductsweekly progress meetings with sales team.
    • Assists in thedevelopment of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategicobjectives.
    • Regularly interacts across functional areas withsenior management or executives to ensure objectives are met.
    • Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others insensitive situations

    Requirements:

    - +5 years salesexperience within technology industry.

    • Leadership skills to leadasales engagement.
    • Be a "High Energy", resultsoriented achieverand a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamicenvironment.
    • Demonstrated track record in software sales.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills: produce materials,deliver presentations, and perform general education.
    • Ability torepresent the company at senior executive levels.
    • Able to developproposals and manage the sales cycle with minimum supervision whileproviding regular updated on progress and challenges
