**Business Analytical Support**
- FinancialPerformance Analysis: Proactively identify opportunities for businessvalue improvement; analyze problem areas and help identifysolutions.
- Portfolio Strategy Support: Work with business andfinance leadership on ad hoc projects to support the development ofglobal brand and commercial priorities by category and/or segment tohelp influence long term strategy, media investment allocation andannual business planning processes.
- Provide analytical toolleadership in the development in these areas to support globalportfolio strategy, resource allocation recommendations, competitiveanalysis, pricing strategy and overall business analysis.
-Geographic and Portfolio Expansion: Provide analytical tool leadershipto identify and analyze growth opportunities for market expansion andportfolio development.
- Responsible for the global rollup of theDPP demand forecast for the Jack Daniel's portfolio, twice per year.This will require developing a robust and flexible financial model,identifying trends and insights, and managing stakeholder alignment.Assess advanced analytics techniques to improve forecastaccuracy.
- Design, Implement, and Support BusinessIntelligence reporting using advanced data visualization and analyticstools, with a specific focus in Tableau.
- Design and buildpublication-ready data visualizations using diverse sets of structuredand unstructured data.
- Monitor and resolve performance issuesspecific to dashboard development and delivery.
- Lead thedevelopment of the brand teams visualization techniques.
- Workclosely and collaboratively with teams to ensure alignment of views onbrand performance, new product development strategy and initiativesand the overall approach on portfolio planning and analysis.
-Provide thought leadership on new areas of communicating and/oranalyzing information. **Cross-Functional Partnerships &Influence**: - Strategize in collaboration with functionalteams to identify data-driven solutions to ongoing needs across theorganization.
- Consolidate and integrate brand information acrossfunctions (e.g., consumer, trade, financial) into meaningful insightsabout brand performance and potential opportunities and communicate toextended brand team members any implications for brand and marketstrategies.
- Work in tandem with the Advanced Analytics team todevelop distributed computing capabilities to handle large-scale datastorage and computation, and deployment of such a platform foranalytical purposes.
- Strategize in collaboration with finance andmarketing teams to identify data-driven solutions to ongoing needsacross the organization.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner tothe global marketing teams and finance leadership.
- Utilizeinfluential communication skills to provide recommendations onpotential analytical solutions based on business requests andneeds.
- Act as an advocate for the adoption of advanced analyticsin the organization. Drive adoption and utilization of developed toolsthrough relationships with business partners and through ongoingtraining.
- Move forward multiple projects by employing projectmanagement techniques.
- Exhibit overall effective communicationskills in order to collaborate across all businessstakeholders. **We Are Looking For People Who**: - ABachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business or otherbusiness-related degree; 5+ years related business and/or financialexperience (commercial, brand and/or consumer-based analysis).

-Demonstrated ability and knowledge of various software packages,particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.
-Extensive experience with Tableau, including proven record of drivingadoption
- Extensive expertise in analyzing large, complex,multi-dimensional datasets with a variety of tools, and accomplishedin the use of statistical analysis environments
