    Responsibilities: - Providetechnical leadership and authority while representing the engineeringteam at both internal and external forums.

    • Manage engineeringconsultants or the EPC performing grid interconnection studies asrequired by utilities and ISOs.
    • Support commercial team withtechnical requirements document review and drafting.
    • Developplans and procedures for design review, quality inspection andcommissioning tasks.
    • Support the procurement team in contractingactivities by reviewing schedules and cost estimates.
    • Ensureengineering processes and tools are established and standardized.
    • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to thebusiness unit's success.
    • Provide reports to management asrequired.
    • Hold the department accountable for all work and issuesrelating to professionalism and
      Qualifications andExperience:
    • Master's degree in electrical engineering.
    • Fluent in Spanish and English
    • Minimum ten year direct technicalexperience from any of the following industries: Substation or SolarEPC, Engineering firm, Energy Storage integrator or similar.
    • Minimum two years of team management experience.
    • Workingknowledge of the processes and the technical requirements prescribedunder the national electricity rules,
    • Experience in working withutility requirements for network planning and/or augmentation andgenerator connections.
    • Previous battery system experience is aplus.
    • Strong project management and leadership skills
    • Deepknowledge in power system installation, construction, design phaseengineering, local jurisdiction requirement, project scheduling,system layout design, SLD etc
    • Thorough understanding andproficiency of local jurisdiction requirements, Fire Code, SafetyCertifications, Electrical Safety Regulations, etc

    • Comfortable in a collaborative and fluidenvironment.
    • An excellent time manager, able to balance multipleprojects and prioritize a wide variety of issues, initiatives andobjectives concurrently.
    • Exceptional ability to simplify andreport complicated scenarios to the management team, with outstandingjudgment and decisionmaking abilities.
    • Ability to establish andmaintain effective working relationships internally and externallywith staff, management, clients, suppliers, community partners andexternal stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated sound judgment and theability to be decisive in crisis situations.
