    Descripción delempleo:

    As a Strategic Operations Head, your mainresponsibilities will be: - Implement technical solutionspromoting operational efficiency, reducing failure rates and operationand maintenance costs.


    • Manage maintenance activities, withperspective to optimize resources.
    • Ensure the scheduling,execution and control of the maintenance plan of equipment andfacilities based on an adequate diagnosis.
    • Responsible forcontracting the necessary studies or consultancies to improve thecondition of wind assets, contributing to the creation of value forthe company.
    • Maintain updated all operation and maintenanceinformation in the company's documentation system.
    • Work with thepurchasing area, in the scheduling services orders, materials andspare parts necessary for the execution of operation and maintenanceactivities, including the supplies of critical stock.
    • Elaborationand followup, together with the Operations Management, of the annualOpex and Capex budget as a management tool for the area, as well asits monthly control.
    • Support the performance of audits (quality,property safety, environment, operation, maintenance and others),providing the requested information and documents to demonstratecompliance with standards.
    • Improve the performance of wind assetsin operations through the control ofKPIs

    Requisitos:


    • Relevant professional degree(e.g., mechanical, electrical, automation engineering, civilengineering, mechatronics) or related areas.
    • Minimum 8 yearsprevious experience in wind energy and 5 years in a similarposition.
    • Intermediate level of english, desirable advancelevel.

    Specific and desirable knowledge Experience:

    • Safety and Quality of Service Technical Standard NTSyCS.
    • Environmental Regulations
    • Labor Regulations
    • Operation ofpower generation plants
    • Management of maintenance contracts
    • Commissioning and start up of wind power plants.
    • Reading andinterpretation of blueprints, functional and logical schemes.
    • Knowledge of Office package programs
    • Condition monitoring systemfor wind power plants.
    • Maintenance control software (SAP,others).
    • Asset Management System
    • PDCA Quality Cycle.
    • RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance).
    • Pareto Diagram.
    • FMEA(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis).

    • Training ondifferent Wind Turbine platforms (Desirable)
