    About the Role:
    The position is accountable forproviding Customer Resolution, Problem solving and ContinuousImprovement to you bring support to the Asset and FunctionalLeaders
    within the region in HR matters.

    • Drive performance andquality deliverables from the team.
    • Motivate a high performingteam with the required capability to achieve business goals.
    • Point of contact for Senior and People Leaders who need initiationsupport for HR transactions
    • Engage directly with customers orthrough HRBPs to clarify issues, seek further information and providestatus updates about inflight queries and transactions
    • Build andmaintain strong, longlasting stakeholder relationships.
    • Developa trusted advisor relationship with key internal and externalstakeholders
    • Provide support to Principal HR Service Delivery inhandling escalated enquiries or issues on complex HR transactions(from Senior Leaders) that have not been able to be resolved via thestandard HR enquiry management process
    • Coordinate and monitorresolution of escalated issues and complex HR transactions from HRBusiness Partners and HR Consulting team
    • Assist the Principal toeffectively communicate complex cases to HR Business partners and Lineleaders
    • Assist in triaging customer issues to be resolved betweenHR Consulting team and GAS HR Operations team
    • Coordinate andassist in working with Principal GAS HR Service Delivery tocontextualize customer enquiries and escalations in order to provide aquick path to resolution
    • Support customer engagements byidentifying issues to be clarified with customers and prepare statusupdates about inflight queries and transactions
    • Prepare statusreporting of open queries to Principal GAS HR Service Delivery andAmericas HR Consulting team
    • Provide support to Principal inmanaging escalations of payroll enquiries
      AboutYou:
    • To be a top performer you ́ll need:
    • Relevantexperience in HR Partnering / Consulting
    • Experience in projectmanagement and roadmap delivery
    • Experience in working in a globalenvironment
    • Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel andPowerPoint
    • Fluent in both English and Spanish
    • DesirableAdvanced Portuguese
    • BHP Asset or customer exposure / experiencepreferred (Only for internals)
    • Strong understanding of HR tools,processes and systems (Only for internals)
