- Expertly managing commercial strategy with large partners, ensuring value creation for both parties.
- Evidencing strong organizational skills to effectively balance and grow a large client base.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on partner growth across Chile and internationally.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends in entertainment, serving as an expert for new and trending experiences.
- A minimum of 5+ years of top-tier consulting or equivalent experience.
- A proven track record of sales success in a fast-paced, quota-carrying role.
- Strong business development and partnership management skills.
- A self-starter mentality, capable of working in a demanding, dynamic start-up environment.
- A demonstrated data-driven approach to business and task prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office, Google docs, and a Sales CRM (Sugar CRM preferred).
- Knowledge of the city's entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends.
- Experience in the event and entertainment industry is beneficial but not required.
