    EXPERIENCE/SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

    • 17 yearsof relevant work experience.
    • Relevant experience in projectmanagement including plan development, team management, delivery, anddeployment.
    • Knowledge in Management Accounting and BusinessAnalytics.

      EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's Degree inBusiness Administration or equivalent.
    • Training or qualificationin the field of Economics, Business, Public Policy, Engineering orequivalent.
      DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Developlongterm strategy to materialize the company's objectives. Ensureeffective cascading of longterm strategy into business plan to ensurevertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacingdepartmental strategies.
    • Develop business plan with properguidelines and information. Establish an effective corporate planningmodel, to guide and develop the various plans and stimulate continuousimprovement in the planning process.
    • Lead or support otherrelated departments in coordinating with shareholders and thirdparties for business arrangement, case by case, to ensure thealignment between shareholder's requirements and the developedbusiness plans.
    • Develop and oversee the implementation ofCorporate Planning department policies, procedures and controlscovering all areas of department activity so that all relevantrequirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, costeffectiveservice.
    • Implement companywide cost monitoring to ensurealignment with business plan and operating budget limits. Ensurecompliance with corporate budgetary requirements and guidelines.
    • Play the role of Secretary of Management Committee.
    • Perform anyother duties and responsibilities as designated by theCFO.

    1 LHR Americas preliminary phone/video interview:

    Amember of the Talent Acquisition team from LHR Americas will firstschedule a call with you to discuss the details of the position, yourinterests, and qualifications.

    Furthermore, your English level will beevaluated at this stage; ONLY advanced speakers will approve thisevaluation. If this preliminary phone/video interview issuccessful, your resume will be submitted to our client. Ifyour preliminary phone/video interview is not successful, our TalentAcquisition consultant will inform you. 2.


    2 Client phone/videointerview:

    This interview will happen only if your resume is approvedby our client, we cannot guarantee the time our client will take toapprove your resume, but it should take less than a week.

    Ifyour resume is approved a member of the Talent Acquisition Team fromour client will schedule a call with you to evaluate yourqualifications.

    If your phone interview is successful, thehiring team will further evaluate your resume, and they will inviteyou to a video interview when hiring managers are available.
