What challenges await you as a Program Manager?

Implement Jira plans across various Projects/Program teams

Roll out the plans

Train the teams to use the plans

Do the scaling depending on various user needs

Closely work with Change Management

Will be responsible for success of implementation with every team

Must be able to communicate and collaborate at professional level

To be successful in this role, we hope you have the following skills and experience:

You must reside in LATAM

You must be able to work in PST schedule

At least 5 years of relevant experience

Advanced english skills

Good experience with Jira: multiple levels of planning and implementing new processes

IT experience with IT Project Mgmt experience.

Agile Coach experience and certification is a plus.

Hands-on experience in the proactive, passionate improvement of software development process and practices to optimize business value delivery.

Preferred to have experience with distributed development teams which span multiple geographies, time zones and cultures.

Preferred to have direct experience in a Web, Java, XML, RDBMS development environment.

Must have experience overseeing project teams with at least 10 team members .
