Content Creator Trainee at BairesDev

You'll be introduced to multiple tools used in our Marketing department, enabling you to contribute to maintaining our accelerated growth levels by monitoring our brand and marketing development closely.

We're looking for young and open-minded individuals who want to learn how to work autonomously and aren't afraid to express their opinions. Our dynamic and constantly evolving environment offers challenges and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gaining a deep understanding of our Marketing department's structure and processes, including Brand Development, Brand Communications, Press & PR, Social Media, and Content Marketing.
2. Being coached in the initial stages of content marketing and activities, gradually taking ownership of digital marketing assets.
3. Creating content for various digital channels such as landing pages, press releases, internal and external communications, presentations, newsletters, ads, and our company website.
4. Conducting research and developing articles for blogs and external sites.

About You:

1. Recent graduates or students in Marketing, Communications, Publicity, Journalism, or related fields.
2. Strong analytical abilities and a quick learning capacity.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Good academic grades are a plus.
5. Advanced English language proficiency.

Desirable (but not required):

1. Previous work experience of 1+ year.
2. Experience in the IT industry is highly valued.
