    Important responsibilities in this role will include:

    • Preparation of information memoranda, company profiles (one-pagers and deep dive), Industry overviews, management presentations, deal tombstones, pitchbooks, due diligence decks and financial models.
    • Perform valuation using methods such as Comparable Companies, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Sum-of-the-Parts Valuation (SOTP) and Leveraged Buyout (LBOs).
    • High competency in trading and transaction comps.
    • Creating and maintaining industry databases, newsletters and market updates.
    • Collecting financial data using on-line and other data sources such as Factset, Capital IQ, EIKON, Bloomberg, etc.
    • Handling ad hoc research requests such as competitor benchmarking, target screening, capital structure and liquidity analysis, as per client requirements.

    Skills we're looking for:

    • Graduate and post-graduate degree specializing in Finance such as Master's in Finance, MBA (Finance), or CFA's are preferred.
    • Up to 1 year of relevant experience in investment banking advisory or financial research.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based multicultural environment.
    • Strong communication is a must for interaction with US/Europe based clients and with other centers of Evalueserve.
    • Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
    • Flexibility to work as per client schedule and workload requirements.
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a must.
