The Role

FinStrat Management ("FSM") is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Jr. Business Analyst. This is a full-time remote role.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks
• Conduct small-scale projects, and ad hoc analyses
• Support the accounting teams in their day-to-day needs
• Prepare financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reports
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data
• Assist in development and delivery of various reporting packages
• Prepare financial deliverables, correspondence, and filings
• Ensure assignments meet the firms' quality standards

Job Requirements Professional background

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to assemble, communicate, and present information clearly
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Must exhibit strong analytical/critical thinking skills
• Solve problems using a detailed and well-ordered approach

Education

• Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance, or requisite work experience
