Key Working Parameters: 

The Capability & Network Community Enablement expert, is primarily responsible for supporting the organization’s transformation by creating and implementing the project management/ ways-of-working capabilities plan to enable the network organization, including the next evolution/iteration of the agile capability plan for embedding agile mindsets and behaviors into the Latin America OU in partnership with the Continuous Process Improvement & Network Metrics Enablement expert. This includes driving in liaison with the Latin America OU and Global People Function, the global capability agenda and transformation work, training efforts, enabling the teams to adapt rapidly to the changing environment. This person will work with the executive level and Enterprise Wide Initiatives and Business Transformation Office team to create a capability strategy, roadmap, processes, structures and guidelines, while creating, promoting, nurturing, monitoring and growing communities of practice, across the Latin America OU, to continue to promote a continuous learning environment in order to enable the network organization. 

Position Overview:


Serves as the Latin America OU network organization strategic enabler by acting as a culture transformation driver and catalyst. Successfully implementing and optimizing new ways of working, across the system. Collaborating with the Global People Function, to advance the global capability agenda for the Latin America OU.  

  • Lead and integrate the principles of agile ways of working throughout the Latin America OU organization by providing relevant coaching, training, guidance, and expectation setting to encourage successful business results while driving employee engagement.  

  • Influence and guide business leaders, organization, and employees during the transformation journey to facilitate change adoption, capabilities creation, and goals achievement. 

  • Connect with other global initiatives to bring and incorporate best practices (lift & shift). 


  • Latin America OU (3 Operations, 30+ Countries).

  • More than 10 bottlers, including 3 of the Top 5 bottlers worldwide 

  • Mainly mid-term (2-3 years) and long term (3+ years) focus. 

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

Work Focus:

Latin America OU ways of working capability agenda, design and implementation: 

  • Leading trainings, boot camps, and other intensive trainings as required. 

  • Coach the organization on the agile framework and scrum methodology. 

  • Oversee any third-party agile training and strategic engagements to ensure goals are met and ways of working are standardized across the Latin America OU. 

  • Align all transformation efforts and organizational development with other regions and global stakeholders. 

  • Create capability strategies to increase collaboration across teams including forums (communities of practice) and vehicles for teams to share information and best practices (lift & shift). 

Related Work Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience working with a large, complex enterprise capability implementation programs. 

  • University degree in a business field, preferably business administration, human resources, training and development. 

  • Leading and implementing large, complex, cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives. 

  • Track record of successful employee engagement. 

  • Certified Change Management Practitioner, an advantage. 

  • Certified Scrum Master, an advantage. 

  • Project Management Professional, an advantage. 

  • Experience in a global organization. 

  • Developing and implementing vision and strategy. 

  • Coaching others, translating mindset shift into action, and fostering experimentation through empowerment using agile methodologies. 

  • Challenging the status quo, driving innovation solutions, and collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Build trust-based relationships with leaders and their cross-functional agile teams to deepen their understanding of the required mindset and behavioral shifts required to build the desired culture and to accelerate change. 

  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively tailor approach to reach audience at all organizational levels. 

  • Willingness to challenge the status quo, create change within the organization, and work through ambiguity. 

  • Entrepreneurial drive to “own” and grow new concepts within Coca-Cola.

  • Comfort working with and influencing up-and-down the organization including company’s most senior leaders.  

  • Ability to work well with people with varying technical and business abilities. 

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms. 

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
