Descripción:

Responsible for supervising, coordinating, preparing, executing and writing the scientific studies necessary for the registration of Phytosanitary products in Chile with the regulatory entity SAG. This position will be responsible for the timely compilation and management of all studies and scientific documentation necessary for regulatory filings to support the registration process in Chile. Additionally, this role will establish the coordination for the organic certifications of the products that require it.Role will be responsible for working with regulatory scientists within the company to ensure high quality studies are completed that meet applicable product and regulatory expectations. In addition, this position will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and summarizing regulatory-related updates from Chilean regulatory authorities and information and for maintaining and updating registration files by product/country. Participation in the industry group and regulatory committee is expected along with the development and monitoring of budgets in studies related to assigned products.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Chilean legislation that regulates agrochemicals

Contacts within the Agricultural and Livestock service of Chile (SAG)

Ability to work autonomously and establish professional networks internally and externally

Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines while effectively adapting between different tasks within organic registration and trials planning

Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Spanish and English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power Point

Minimum Education/ Work Experience:

5 years of university studies in related field

Minimum 5 years working directly in regulatory processes of phytosanitary products
