    Routine of this role:

  • Drive the achievement of Net Sales and Operating Profit through proactive analysis, idea generation, recommendation and implementation activities that results in clear and significant results improvement.
  • Actively participate in the formulation of business strategies and plans (short / mid / long term).
  • Provide business and technical knowledge, timely and insightful financial analytics and recommendations to ensure Category strategic and financial objectives are achieved.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate organic growth, add value to the category and deliver sustainable profitability.
  • Bring relevant internal and external factors to analysis and decision making by championing the implementation of advanced analytics while simplifying, standardizing and automating where possible.
  • Coordinate, review and complete financial evaluations of capital investment proposals to ensure timely and profitable business decisions and complete post-execution evaluations to determine profitability and achievement of original objectives.
  • Prepare and evaluate category business plans and analyze P&Ls and balance sheets to ensure profitable operations.
  • Ensure application of efficient and effective financial and operating controls and report whenever Corporate Financial Instructions or Policies are not followed or appear inappropriate.
  • Requirements:

  • Demonstrated strengths in interpersonal communications, project management, functional skills and critical thinking and English fluency
  • Solid analytical skills with ability to quickly identify opportunities, risks and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Demonstrated strengths in influencing other teams to align priorities towards the Projects managed and ability to develop talent that reports into this role.
  • Deep experience with the financial business processes.
  • Expected to be flexible, work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Proven track record of high performance with a high degree of initiative.
