The Network Program Director (NPD) optimally and efficiently manages the Contract fulfillment including the delivery of products and services. To exceed customer satisfaction and the fulfillment of the Ericsson business case to create insights and trends to find opportunities for closer commercial relationships with the customer.

Becomes responsible to ensure continuity and alignment of contract terms defined during pre-sales through the program delivery and customer acceptance. Perform the role of FAS Sponsor from the creation of the fulfillment assignment (FAS) to closure. Adhering to responsible business practices ensuring compliance to; group, legal and financial directives, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), information and product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools.

Interacting on a day by day basis with KAM organization, BA units, PMO, Customer Project Managers, Project planners, Implementation Managers, E+OHS SME, ASPs, and customers to board level

You will

  • Conduct Program Organization
  • Ensure the accurate dimension and competence level in the Program Organization by involving Service Delivery Line Managers to build up the Program Resource Plan.
  • Define the Program HW Management Process working closely with Project Manager, MCO function, and ASR.
  • Understand and ensure cascading of Customer Contracts and especially the Change Control Process.
  • Be the main interface and focal reference point to raise issues towards Internal and Customer Senior Stakeholders at the Program level.
  • Be in charge of Program Execution and Financial and Operational result for all commodities: HW, SW, and Services.
  • Be accountable for Program Operational and Financial governance: including alignment to IFRS15 and AD09 directives with support from the Deal Controller.
  • Determine the program baseline and request its approval by Program Sponsor
  • Handle Program Changes and/or amendments during the entire Program lifecycle.
  • Request FAS Execution Accountable
  • Responsible for Risk Management activities at the Program level: Supervision, facilitation, and completion of the entire Risk management process.
  • To be successful in the role you must have

  • Academic Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Telematics, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent majors.
  • PMP Certificate
  • Developed skills in Customer Management, Team Leading, and Order to Manage Projects.
  • Delivering results and meet customer expectations.
  • Planning and organizational skills for large projects.
  • Fluent English and Spanish Languages Proficiency.
