Dynamics of the Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can design and lead the implementation of strategies to ensure the development, delivery, marketing and quality of innovative, differentiated and value-added consulting services and solutions. The role requires integrated management with the other areas of the company and in accordance with the guidelines given by the management, with the purpose of exceeding the needs and expectations of the clients across different sectors and industries.

In addition the solutions consultant will help deliver solutions to clients that generate added value in their businesses, making TransUnion the strategic partner of its clients, ensuring the quality of the short-, medium- and long-term results of the products that are delivered to the market, in order to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Impact You'll Make:

How you will contribute

  • Identify, understand and monitor market needs proposing new solutions that help in the evaluation and implementation of innovative solutions to satisfy clients´ needs.
  • Manage and control processes related to the design, development, execution and implementation of consulting solutions that are part TU´s portfolio of services, in order to ensure the generation of differentiated, specialized, personalized, innovative and high value-added solutions.
  • Promote the implementation of mechanisms, controls and systems for evaluation and monitoring of the design and management of consulting services, ensuring their integration with the other processes that make up the Entity's value chain.
  • Leading work sessions with strategic clients, aimed at discussing customer fraud solutions and needs to obtain their feedback, in order to optimize the portfolio of products and services, generating innovation, value added discussions, closeness and loyalty reflected in new sales opportunities.
  • Validate the prefeasibility and functional feasibility studies of the new products, in order to ensure their viability.

    Our dedicated solutions consulting and presales team supports sales activities by providing industry expertise, product knowledge and process mapping capabilities to increase win rates, deal size and ongoing value of customer relationships to TransUnion

    What you’ll bring:

  • Degree in Engineer, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related. Masters in Technology science, Digital business management, finance or related.
  • 10+ Experience. Technology Presales from banks – Selling technology – Digital products.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and market share by using a strategic, disciplined, and focused approach. Advisory Sale.
  • Excellent presentation abilities and the ability to explain complex concepts and solutions in a simplified but persuasive way.
  • Proven ability to innovate new concepts and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, develop and motivate other associates.
  • Demonstrated understanding of specific functional area. Banks – Finance products – Digital - ecommerce
  • Demonstrated organizational & project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, define and develop solutions to issues and problems within a work group that are not immediately evident in existing systems or processes.
