What you will be doing

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direct management of the Sub Regional BD & Sales Manager (LATAM Region) and Regional Director supervision, this position manages regional related administration including SFDC updates and dedicated KAM support. The Sales Analyst will interact with internal and external customers, primarily via telephone, email, etc.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sales Analyst will conduct the following tasks on behalf of the Business Development/Sales team:

Administration 

  • Reports (i.e. bespoke reports) 
  • Presentations (i.e. MBR, QBR, Templates) 
  • Account Mapping (i.e. entering data, SWOT)
  • Customer Mailings
  • Market, Segments, Companies and Contacts Researching.
  • Create, maintain and develop a database of current and potential customers
  • Understand customers' needs and identify and develop sales opportunities

    • SFDC

  • Campaigns (issuing and updating)
  • Regional Champion back up function

    • Quotations 

  • Help to create complex quotations (i.e. multi-lane, obtain cost from other billing centers)
  • Central gate-keeper for negotiated rates with airlines 
  • One-off quotes

    • Leads

  • Follow up Marketing leads and qualify them

    • Dedicated KAM Support (Soporte dedicado de KAM)

  • Obtain costs (heavy weight offers)
  • Intercompany communications
  • MSA and QA support for consolidating info across regions.

    What your background should look like (minimum qualifications)

    EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working knowledge of the specialty logistics industry, pharmaceutical industry, biotech, and cell and gene therapy.
  • Experience working with CRM Sales Force.
  • Working knowledge in a matrix organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience.

    • MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong background in Administration 
  • Strong in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong with numbers, calculations and analyzing/interpreting financial data 
  • Commercial quotation management 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Effective self-management and motivational skills
  • Able to follow procedures & instructions
  • Friendly, polite and reliable attitude
  • Fluent in English.
