Your Responsibilities

●Strong Stakeholder management skills across internal and external clients

●Work closely with the local and regional Marketing team to execute 360 Marketing campaigns.

●Plan and execute DiDi’s Partnerships & Sponsorships Strategy

●Guarantee flawless execution across all communication channels for branding and awareness campaigns, analyzing results and business impact.

●Analyze consumer and business insights to identify opportunities and propose actionable solutions.

●Analyze marketing initiatives, KPIs and measure ROI.

●Run key cross-functional workstreams across multiple teams (Operations, Paid Marketing, Customer Experience) to ensure completion on time, and on quality

●Responsible for correct control of Marketing Budget.

●Build, implement and maintain the processes and frameworks to prioritize incoming requests from across the business

The successful applicant

●Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

●2 to 4 years of experience in Marketing and/or Advertising. Experience in Marketing as Assistant, Analyst, Specialist, or similar position is preferred.

●Fluency in English, both written and oral

●Passionate about the internet industry

●Relevant experience executing integrated marketing campaigns, working with media agencies and measuring ROI of marketing campaigns

●Impeccable execution and reporting skills.

●Proven experience in maintaining project schedules, documentation, communications and meeting deadlines.

●Ability to collaborate effectively, work cross-functionally and cross-culturally with local and global teams, with critical thinking and initiative.

●Strong interpersonal skills at all levels

●Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities with a positive outlook and “can do” attitude.

●Experience in digital marketing and social media is a plus.
