Job Description

Are you willing to take the next step in your career as a Corporate PMO in a company that is making a difference across the region? The main objective of the position is to organize and manage the due fulfillment of the services committed by Management to the programs and projects it attends, through the coordination of work teams and according to established quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key initiatives that span across various teams within all the company IT groups.
  • Establish good understanding of key initiatives for the organization and how various product teams, organization unit come together to achieve business objectives for those programs.
  • Establish high level understanding of overall system architecture (current & to-be) so that dependencies are understood in context.
  • Consolidate plans of various product teams to bring consistent & summarized view of program plan of key initiatives that span across teams (within digital retail product team, FTC or business units IT teams).
  • Track & monitor these program plans and impact of changes in individual product plans, relevant to program impact and objectives.
  • Understand, report & help resolve key dependencies across teams, risks, customer impact and critical path to achieve program objectives
  • Facilitate program success, passionately pursue blocker removal for product & tech teams and ensure program success.
  • Coordinate with finance team to ensure program budgets and resource plans are tracked & managed well
  • Track & monitor overall resource numbers and various metrics associated
  • Assist leadership teams for various presentations for programs roadmaps, updates, risks etc.
  • Facilitate common process and tools to enable stakeholders and teams to become self-reliant, automated for reporting, updates and better coordination. Help reduce meetings, and more natural extension of agile model & process.
  • Be passionate for reducing unnecessary processes and enable fast tracking of delivery of programs.

Requirements

Industrial Engineer, Computer Engineer or related careers (Graduate in Business Administration, Systems License, etc.)

It will be valued (not exclusive), specializations in the practice of project management (PMP certifications, for example).

Required experience: more than 10 years of work as a leader / manager responsible for PMO or similar teams, in financial industry projects and implementation of complex technological tools

Skills:

  • IT knowledge & customer flow understanding
  • System understanding, especially basics of cloud, microservices, monolithic systems, integration tools,
  • Agile & product model deep understanding including good understanding of tools and ability to automate stuff
  • Strong in data, analysis and metrics
  • Strong in building presentations
