    Role Description:

    The Solution Healthcare Partner (SHP) has a holistic view of the either Private and Public Health Networks in the Chilean market, identifying key stakeholders in these networks and developing partnership with them to implement initiatives that lead to elevate the standard of care. SHP is responsible either of Public Segment (focused on National Public Purchase Agencies) or to the Private Segment (focused on Wholesalers' and Distributors).

    Purpose and Key Activities :


    • Understand Healthcare Networks' nods, key stakeholders, challenges, and priorities. Develop a deep understanding of formal decision-making process and informal influencing network in key stakeholders. Support the procurement process/availability of medicines per existing commercial agreements.

    • Leads the long-term, consultative, senior executive institution relationship to become the trusted business advisor for these stakeholders. If appropriate, SHP brings the right SMEs and other Pfizer capabilities in order to address customer needs.

    • Take a short/mid/long-term view of Pfizer's business, aligning across Pfizer BU. Ensure customer support by engaging with customers through both in-person and virtual interactions. Responsible for identifying areas of joint interest that support a legitimate unmet patient need

    • By partnering with needed Pfizer cross-functional teams, the SHP leads the development of a strategic and holistic plan for each key stakeholder in the network, and the co-creation of innovative solutions to meet the key stakeholders' healthcare priorities in those areas of joint interest supporting a legitimate unmet patient need

    Capabilities & Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's Degree required.

    • 3-5 years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience preferred.

    • Fluency in English preferred

    • Has industry Knowledge and expertise.

    • Evidence of having developed and executed business strategies that substantially increase account growth.

    • Understanding of organizational resources, priorities, needs and policies of both Pfizer and Key Accounts.

    • Experience in analyzing complex new situations, anticipate potential problems and future needs.

    • Team-oriented style and manner to work collaboratively and effectively in a matrix organization.
