The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plays a pivotal role in the strategic and operational financial management of the firm. Their main objective is to lead and oversee financial activities to ensure operational efficiency, investment profitability, and regulatory compliance.

• Financial Strategy and Planning aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives
• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes to optimize resource allocation and financial performance
• Evaluate financial risks and opportunities
• Financial Reporting including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial metrics
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting principles, and industry standards
• Managing the audit process of holding companies and subsidiaries.
• Manage capital structure and funding strategies, including debt and equity financing
• Update of valuation on a quarterly frequency, evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Implement effective treasury policies, cash management and flow planning.
• Manage banking relationships, debt facilities, and investment portfolios.
• Managing of derivative contracts connected to the project financing, namely SWAPS
• Monitor financial performance against budget, forecasts, and key performance KPI ́s.
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
• Stakeholder relations and financial results communication.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; preferably with a master's degree or MBA
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in progressively responsible financial leadership roles on the energy industry or related sectors
• Experience in managing/closing credit agreements or liaising with Project Finance in general.
• Experience with complex models
• Highly numerical mindset, results oriented and able to coordinate different stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is a must
