We are looking forproactive, dynamic people and team players, with great organizationalcapacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and with markedattention to detail.

What You Will Do:

• Leadefficiently a team of distributed Recruiting Managers.
• Collaborate in the definition and execution of the Talent Searchstrategy.
• Plan alternative recruitment scenarios, according todifferent needs.
• Design and validate search practices, selection,and attraction to our openings, in direct collaboration with leadersand managers.
• Provide ideas and solutions to improve theefficiency and effectiveness of the selection process: methods andtechnology.
• Creative thinking.
• Prepare reports and monitorKPIs.

Here's what we are looking for:

• At least 7 yearsof experience in recruiting.
• At least 3 years of verifiableexperience in similar positions.
• Creative recruiting skills,excellent interpersonal management, and verbal and writtencommunication.
• Ability to work autonomously.
