    The Work You'll Do:

    The fieldmarketing specialist is the primary driver to execute integratedmarketing campaigns that support the various business goals identifiedduring annual operating plans (AOP).

    This role is responsible forideating, facilitating creation and execute campaigns that drivegrowth (demand generation) expansion (upsell), promote customerretention, and increase brand recognition/awareness for line ofbusiness.


    • What will you specifically do when you start?_
    • Develop and Drive end to end integrated multi touch, multi channelcampaign execution for demand generation, upsell and customerretention using marketing tools available and partnering closely withthe brand marketing team
    • Manage events strategy for the line ofbusiness: identify and assist in execution of hosted and sponsoredevents in collaboration with the events and ensure there is a cohesivepreevent, atevent, and postevent strategy to increase engagementand response rates
    • Develop and implement target account strategyto support accountbased selling to promote upsell as well as customerretention
    • Partner with your manager to track budgets, Forecast,measure, analyze, and report on impact of programs executed
    • Proactively engage with the direct and indirect sales teams tocoordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketingactivities
    • Develop a strong understanding of the digitallandscape and execute tactics and activations that help improve SEOfor LOB as well as partner with brand marketing teams to launchdigital campaigns
    • Assist the team in integrating marketingfunctions from mergers and acquisitions as needed as the businesscontinues to grow
    • Develop a deep understanding of Sovos's salescycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation,pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration
