    What Your Impact Will Be:

    • HR Business Partners work closely with Commercial business leaders (Marketing & Sales) to translate talent and culture priorities into locally relevant plans that attract, develop, and retain best-in-class talent. We are trusted advisors, and we empower our teams to reach their goals
    • Develops people strategy considering the organization's strengths and weaknesses
    • Influences business outcomes as a trusted advisor to deliver sustainable integrated solutions and safe
      working environment
    • Translates and implements our talent-led strategies into plans to hire, develop, and engage our employees
    • Supports and implements CoE led initiatives and opportunities
    • Build HR KPI ́s to take decisions accurate and identified opportunities for business units
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree on Economic-Administrative
    • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or similar roles
    • Demonstrates adaptability and focus in the face of ambiguity and complexity
    • Demonstrates leadership courage and communicates with impact
    • Strong collaborative skills and Influence others
    • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Results-oriented and customer-focused.
