Your MissionAnd Responsibilities

Management: - Beresponsible for project management for Chile, Argentina andUruguay;

• Ensure project execution excellence, quality, timing,standard and profitability wise within these group of countries,Chile, Argentina and Uruguay;
• Responsible to develop and defineRevenue Execution Forecast processes, execution and finaloutcomes
• Responsible for promoting and living the culture ofContract Administration throughout the life cycle of projects
• PMOProductivity enabler / Champion
• Responsible for Local MarginImprovements through Productivity and competitiveness initiatives andprograms
• Lead the Project Management Group for Chile, Argentinaand Uruguay;
• Be the preferred coach; provide guidance and supportto the PM team
• Responsible for the overall result of technicalimplementations for these group of countries
• Be the strategicbusiness partner for HBA's and HBH's
• Defines, supports andevaluates results of the Project Management group, in line with thebusiness priorities and customer needs
• Ensures ProfessionalDevelopment of the PM group, including training, career path,certifications, etc.
  Customer Management
• Create anddevelop valuable relationships with customers and business partners,being the company's key reference for Project Management (executionand consulting) for these group of countries
• Be the "ProblemSolver" for Customers and execute actions to improve customerexperience during the project life cycle
• Ensure customerexperience and maximum satisfaction
• Guide the Project ManagementTeam from a back office to a front end function, being the face ofSiemens Healthineers during Project Life Cycle
• Implement andmanage KPI's. Constantly providing valuable information andtransparency to external and internal customers
• Implement actionsfor a continuous improvement culture and operationalexcellence
  Finance Management:
• Responsible for theCompany's Revenue Plan and Execution within these group of countries,Chile, Argentina and Uruguay;
• Responsible for the local salesmargin according to established budgets within these group ofcountries, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay;
• Be the leading actor inthe creation of actions that are transformed into productivity andefficiency
• Responsible for monitoring financial indicators duringthe execution of projects, identifying opportunities for improvementand productivity, as well as defining the corresponding actionplans

Proposal/Contract Management:

• Assignsprojects to Project Managers according to process, and ensures theirparticipation in associated milestone meetings
• Detectsopportunities for improvement and knowledge within the PM team, andensures such opportunities are resolved
• Acts assupport/escalation in terms of Contract Management, asneeded

Risk & Opportunity Management:

• Detectsopportunities for improvement and knowledge within the PM team, andensures such opportunities are resolved.
• Consolidates a RiskManagement overview, engage and reports it to upper management, andother areas according to the proper escalation processes
• Acts assupport/escalation in terms of Risk Management, asneeded

Purchasing and Logistics:

• Collaborates inselection and continuous evaluation of subcontractors/suppliers,according to customer and market requirements
• Monitors theperformance of the subcontractors/suppliers, and propose improvementactions if and when needed.
• Detects common issues with faultysuppliers, and requests action plans to related parties (e.g.purchasing, logistics, etc.)

Quality and ContinuousImprovement:

• Monitors compliance on Quality requirements,such as Lessons Learned, CAPA, 2. Continuous Improvement, etc.
• Ensure proper communication of HC related standards on quality,regulations and EHS
• Ensures all Project related staff are trainedon radiology safety, radioactive/hazardous materials, cryogenicsystems, labour accidents
• Manages dosimetriccontrol
  Your Qualifications And Experiences: Knowledge: processing/execution/engineering/development/commercialactivities, with varying duties/functions.
