    What are we looking for?
    GHD has a new job opportunity, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator , who will assist in the delivery of the internal communications plan that supports our Americas business strategy.

    Responsibilities:

  • Provide program management support to Communications Advisor, Americas
  • Support delivery of internal communication campaigns and programs across Canada, USA and Chile
  • Coordinate, develop and proofread content in English for variety of channels (internal intranet, newsletters, collateral, video)
  • Support internal event development and execution
  • Track and monitor data to help analyze the success of our campaigns and programs
  • Collaborate across Americas and Centers of Excellence to deliver programs

    • Qualification:

  • Required proficiency in English language (written and verbal)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field of study
  • 6-10 years of internal communications experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written - an open communication style
  • Works effectively with numerous stakeholders and builds good working relationships
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills with ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines ·
  • Comes forward with solutions to challenges/issues
  • Demonstrable experience in data analytics and tools
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office and marketing software such as Salesforce
  • Program management software experience is a bonus (. '' or 'Airtable')
