Senior ControllingAnalyst at BairesDev We are looking for a Senior ControllingAnalyst to join our Management Control Team and participate indifferent projects made up of multicultural teams distributedthroughout the world.

This person must have a strong understanding offinancial analysis, be proactive, and detail-oriented, and demonstrateexcellent analytical abilities, as well as teamwork and multitaskingskills.

• Participate in thepreparation of the company's annual budgets.
• Ensure compliancewith both accounting and tax obligations.
• Verify compliance withthe fiscal objectives, rules, and procedures of the organization.
• Identify errors, deviations, and areas for improvement from aneconomic standpoint in various company processes.
• Analyzecompanywide standards, procedures, and reports.
• Assist in thedevelopment and analysis of the company's overall businessplan.

• A graduate oradvanced student of economics, accounting, acting, finance,administration, or a related field.
• At least two years ofexperience in a similar position.
• The ability to prioritize tasksand meet deadlines.
• Communication skills, both written andoral.
• A proactive and decisive demeanor.
• Teamworkabilities.
