The Impact You'llMake in this Role As Clinical Specialist Supervisor you willplay a key role for develop and coach the Clinical SpecialistOrganization in Chile, providing tools to clinical arguments towardsthe customers and Sales Reps and also this position is in charge ofmeasure productivity, performance and alignment with SalesOrganization and Marketing Campaign Activation in the division ofMedical Solutions Division. In this role you will be able to manageand elevate the level of practice within the hospitals we visit withthe actual team of Clinical Specialist supporting them to transformour Go-To-Market.
- Make the whole team achieve the sales target byproviding them the clinical skills they require.
- Drive growth onstrategic portfolios based on clinical advantages and normativitycompliance
- Motivate the Clinical Specialist team to implement thestrategies for the segment
- Contribute to increase the level ofpractice within our reach
- Develop & Coach to build highperformance team to accelerate the growth in PriorityPortfolio Your Skills and Expertise
- To set you up forsuccess in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) thefollowing qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any healthcarerelated field or other
- At least 5 years' experience in HospitalBusiness & Administration
- Capable of leading teams and transformorganizations to be effective and productive
- Ability tocoordinate with and between areas such Sales Team, Marketing Team andEducational Team
- Intermediate - Advanced English proficiency
