RMT Sales Director Chile

The RMT Sales Director in Chileruns the commercial strategy and achieves the company's ambitionthrough maximizing price achievement of Chilean origin.

Weare looking for a Sales Director to establish and build a strongcommercial sales team that will focus on getting the best value forChilean origin. As a trusted and valued member of the RMTManagement team you will drive cross functional innovation andbusiness development.

You will ensure cooperation across internalbusiness units to maximize value of all products in the market andwill manage and develop our key customers and supplierportfolio.

You will be responsible and follow up on budget andlong-term plan (LTP) process within your business area and ensure thatthe business unit is compliant and with policies and procedures, bothglobally and locally.

You will lead the RMT Chilean sales team,live and embrace our leadership principles:
inspire people, make ithappen, live the values, think and act. As an effective leader youwill make sure to support and develop your team members.

Theposition reports to the Managing Director of RMT and the place of workwill be at the Mowi office in Puerto Montt, Chile.
