Performs and coordinates all activities required to finalize sitecontracts (including, contractual terms and conditions, associatedinvestigator grant budget(s) payment schedule terms and conditions,ancillary and site-specific documents), with investigator sites,pharmacies, laboratories or other relevant contractual parties duringthe lifecycle of the study.

Reviews PPD and/or client sitecontract, budget, payment schedule and ancillary documents templatesfor compliance with local legislation and practices.

Adapts thesite contract template to client and investigational site requirementsin collaboration with key stakeholders to include the project team andthe PPD legal team.

Facilitates effective budget negotiationwith site personnel in collaboration with keystakeholders.

Performs and coordinates all amendments to sitecontracts and financial agreements with investigator sites,pharmacies, laboratories or other relevant contractual parties duringthe lifecycle of the study.

Serves as contact withinvestigative sites for contractual issues and negotiations throughoutthe lifecycle of a study. Assumes responsibility for anyongoing contract or budget amendments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
