Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to support the full lifecycle of contracts associated with construction projects.Manage day-to-day contract administration including scope tracking deliverables variations invoicing and claims Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations schedule cost quality and safety Identify escalate potential risks disputes or non-compliance issues in a timely manner Serve as key interface between Construction Management Project Controls Legal Finance external contractors Support commercial technical discussions related to change management risk allocation contract interpretation Collaborate with engineering commissioning teams ensure contract alignment project milestones handover requirements Maintain accurate audit-ready records all contract actions approvals communications Prepare contract status reports risk summaries performance dashboards project leadership Support continuous improvement of contract management processes tools>
