Reporting to the Chile MM Director, and workingclosely with the MM team, Chile Country manager and BG lead togetherwith the renewables lead the purpose of this new role is to: -Build relationships in primarily the Mining and secondary renewablesmarkets in designated key accounts as measured in the accountplans;
    - Using old and new relationships elicit leads in the marketby meetings held around the service offer;
    - Understand and makesure team understands the full service offer from core services toTransformational services;
    - Prepare proposals and respond to RFPsto an acceptable standard as agreed with BG and conversion rate of 75%including withdrawn bids;
    - Deliver and manage projects to a clientcare score of 8 plus;
    - Win more work/extension in existingcommissions to a ratio of 75%;
    - Increase awareness of the T&Tmining and renewables brand;
    - With BG organize articles arewritten, presentations are given, seminars attended, and clientspecific events are organized to meet the BG targets;
    - Ensure theaccount managers and designated team members understand the fullservice offer and are able to hold initial sales meets where they haverelationships as measured by targets set in accounts;
    - With BGupdate collateral in line with brand standards 100% target;
    -Implement and drive with MM land Renewables lead a key accountprogramme, major programme and marketing plans;
    - As requiredsupport regional and global NR bids and proposals, standardcollateral, CVs, case studies, industry issues;
    - Represent theChile and regional business in global key accounts programme;
    -Drive and/or support service proposition development as required bythe region, country and industry. **Qualifications**: -Primary technical degree, Secondary Business Degree;
    - Proven Salesdriven ability to hold meetings with senior executives and presentproposition in English and Spanish to conversion;
    - Miningbackground 15 years in sector in a consulting environment (engineer,consultant, management consultant, contractor);
    - Ideally withadditional renewables background;
    - Delivery Results driven withdemonstrable credibility and gravitas required to influence at asenior level in client base;
    - Understand interpret and followinternal sales, delivery and risk and financial processes;
    -Interpersonal skills to manage sales and delivery through others,including consultants of all levels;
    - Project management skillsand the ability to manage conflicting timescales and priorities;
    -Persistence with a consistently positive attitude and "can do"approach as well as being able to work well on own initiative and alsoas part of a wider team. **Additional Information**: -Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
